About

Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO) is a leading development organization committed to strengthening economic and social well-being in Canada and globally. For almost 50 years, CESO has been building stronger economies and better lives through its volunteers, known as "Volunteer Advisors" (VAs), who share their knowledge and expertise with clients through a collaborative advisory and mentorship model.

CESO maintains a proprietary database of 1,500 VAs available for short-term assignment opportunities, who are highly-skilled, senior level practitioners from the Canadian public and private sectors and have on average 30 years of experience in their given field. Since 1967, CESO has delivered more than 47,500 short-term volunteer assignments in more than 125 countries around the world, and in Canada with First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities. CESO is a federally-incorporated bilingual non-profit organization and registered charity with offices in Toronto and Montreal, Canada, as well as 16 countries around the world.
