The community was founded as a response to support and empower, through education for citizenship and cultural activities, all women and girls; migrants and ethnic minorities who are at risk, labor exploitation, gender-based violence and discrimination.

Main Actions :

-Legal support, at an informative level, in the labor field and in the immigration sector;
-Active mediation of work in the context of all the professions that do not obey the superior academic formation; participatory curriculum formulation, preparation for job interviews;
-Relocation to the competent authorities in situations that contain some type of violence, namely: domestic violence, regardless of gender (whether male or female);
-Sensitization campaigns in the area of ​​decent work, gender equality and opportunities
