The Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a subordinate unit of the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic adopted in accordance with them, international treaties that entered into force in the manner prescribed by law, to which the Kyrgyz Republic is a party, as well as this Regulation.
