ENDA Prospectives Dialogues Politiques (DIAPOL)
Support individuals, groups and institutions to develop anticipation capacities and strategies to build sustainable common futures linked to changes in society.
Foster the decentralization of the political function by involving all the citizens concerned in the creation and management of common goods
Specifically, Diapol is based on the principles of the participation of the greatest number, respect for diversity, ethical governance, democracy, social and intellectual creativity.
Thus, to promote the Vision and the Mission, Enda Diapol proposes on the one hand to act on the individual and the group, by valuing and supporting it in the exercise of its citizen power (empowerment, empowerment) ; on the other hand, on the institutions, by bringing the various actors and groups to participate in the development of public policies, not only in a negative way (opposition to power, refusal) but especially in a positive way (negotiation and power sharing, being proactive, being forward looking). This implies a profound transformation of the conception and the exercise of power in our societies. A just society is a community of views that respects its diversity; it cannot therefore be built without everyone's participation.
This is why Diapol has put the accent on the multistakeholder approach, the facilitation of political dialogues around social, economic and political rights, the mastery of contexts, rules of the game, etc., with a view to democratic governance. .See more
