ENGEPLAN ENGENHARIA

Founded in 1994 in the city of Fortaleza-CE, ENGEPLAN has been operating for almost two decades in the construction market in the states of Ceará, Piauí and Maranhão, designing and executing works of the most different structures and purposes.

At the beginning, it had as main objective the sector of public works and private clients. Since 2000, it has expanded its focus, starting partnerships with Caixa Econômica Federal in the construction of residential buildings and closed condominiums of houses and apartments, having been the pioneer in the delivery of projects through the Residential Lease Program - PAR, in the state of Ceará.

In the state of Maranhão, he executed the first housing project in São Luís, contracted by the federal government through the PAC - Growth Acceleration Program, completing the works according to schedule, Rio Anil Condominium.

In 2011, the company expands its operations to Mossoró-RN, one of the most developed municipalities in the interior of the Northeast, highlighted by the socioeconomic context that currently characterizes the second largest city in Rio Grande do Norte.
