In October 1995, Espacios Naturales y Desarrollo Sustentable AC (ENDESU) was founded with the mission of conserving, restoring and promoting the sustainable use of natural resources in Mexico.
From the beginning they set out to form a working group that would leave its mark on the state of conservation of their natural capital and was recognized for its seriousness and professionalism, its capacity for innovation, and for being a capable and reliable partner willing to join efforts in in favor of Mexican ecosystems.
24 years later they have developed more than 250 projects throughout the country, by the hand of multiple and diverse partners and donors, and their results can be seen in the restoration and conservation of thousands of hectares of forests, jungles and wetlands; in recovery and monitoring actions for species at risk or in danger of extinction; in working with land owners so that they can take advantage of their natural resources in a sustainable way; and in the transversal integration of environmental awareness in each of their projects, so that the work lasts and is consolidated over time.
