About

The European Centre for Dispute Resolution (ECDR) is a private non-profit organization , which was established 3.2.2012, for the provision of services on a contractual basis of natural and legal persons, public agencies, courts and other governmental and non-governmental organizations that wish to establish or enforce effective models dispute resolution. ECDR provides administrative and organizational support process run by accredited experts from around the world.  

Establishment ECDR is a response to the growing needs of the economy , consumers and their organizations, private individuals, national courts and other public entities. The common denominator of these needs is to establish a modern, personal and business culture friendly management and resolution of conflicts through selection procedures, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), carried out by accredited and therefore specially trained professionals. 

ECDR offers its services primarily in commercial, consumer, civil, family, labor and other disputes. 

ECDR in its tender offers for different procedures from designing a system for resolving disputes, Partnering and mediation in disputes in the field of corporate governance to early neutral evaluation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, combined operations between-arb and arb-med and specialized procedure for the settlement of consumer disputes both in domestic and cross-border disputes.

ECDR business is focused on excellence in providing quality services, so as experts dispute settlement accredited only those individuals who meet the pre-specified objective criteria and are selected on the basis of a discretionary decision by the competent authority ECDR. 

The rules for the proceedings of ADR in ECDR are consistent with national and European regulations and comply with recognized international standards and practice. Rules before the adoption of the Council for legal issues at ECDR, ethics experts conduct is supervised by the Council on Ethics in ECDR. Both expert council consisting of renowned legal experts in the field of arbitration and mediation.
