The Family Life Association of Swaziland (FLAS) is a member-based non-governmental organisation (NGO) that has been successfully operating in the field of sexual and reproductive health (SRH) in Swaziland since 1979. The mission of FLAS is to champion access to quality and non-discriminatory sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) information and services in Swaziland through direct service delivery and by enabling other actors. It aims to contribute to a country that ensures its young people enjoy good health as a fundamental right, live free from HIV/AIDS and have the confidence and capacities to make a meaningful contribution to the sustainable livelihood of self and others. FLAS is a Member Association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and has made it a priority to ensure its operations and quality of care meet IPPF’s high standards.
