Education Sector 

FINCON aims to support and implement education reforms to make this sector responsive to changing democratic, social and economic conditions by improving its efficiency and effectiveness. We believes in quality, equitable education for all.

In the formal education sector, FINCON and associates have established community schools. Through gradual upgrades and a sustained effort, some of these schools have been transformed into Boys High Schools and a Girls College. Presently there are 129 NFBE Centers being managed by FINCON and its associates.

Establishment of a Vocational Training Center (VTC) was the first 100% community-supported initiative undertaken by FINCON’s education consultancy. FINCON and its associates have successfully established linkages between women trained in the VTCs and micro-credit programs, increasing their ability to work as independent entrepreneurs.

Policy Support

FINCON Services Inc. provides policy support to the government and State Bank of Pakistan on the current international frameworks and country case studies for effectively channeling carbon finance to households. Carbon Bank

FINCON Services Inc. takes pride in establishing first ever carbon bank of Pakistan. The Carbon Bank is in the final stages of development and, once fully operational, will fulfill two primary objectives:
