FOSREF has implemented, across Haiti, various centers / projects offering a wide range of interventions and services in the areas of Sexual Health / Reproductive Health, Family Planning, Diagnostic Services and Treatment of Sexually Infected Infections. communicable HIV prevention interventions, and HIV testing and counseling (VCT), post test HIV clubs, and care and treatment for HIV-infected people. FOSREF serves young men and women aged 10-24, sex workers and clients of sex workers and men and women of childbearing age.

FOSREF serves the most vulnerable populations in Haiti. It has always attached particular importance to research and studies on various aspects related to the vulnerability of these populations. In this context, over the years, FOSREF has conducted various studies and research that address the different determinants of the vulnerability of these at-risk groups, and which have allowed FOSREF and other partners to better guide their interventions and programs serving these vulnerable groups in Haiti. FOSREF, also, considering its various areas of expertise, has developed various communication and training materials and various communication materials for its various target populations and in support of its projects
