FPS is a law firm rich in tradition, whose history reaches back to the middle of the 19th century when the firm opened its first office in Hamburg. Since its early beginnings, the firm has always focused on business law and worked closely with its national and international clients. This is still the case today.

Philosophy

It is a stated goal of FPS to provide our clients with personal service from partners of the firm. This is part of our service philosophy and our success.

Partners at FPS either are former associates of the firm or transferred to FPS from other law firms. We do not subscribe to the so-called "up or out" approach. Associates are never forced to leave the firm if they do not become partners or do not wish to become partners. Another alternative is to work as counsel at FPS, in order to retain important expertise and staff for the firm.

New partners can count on being quickly and fully integrated into our firm and to receive support for building and expanding their clientele.
