- Beginning with their focus on three countries in Africa, GPA provides startup grants to organizations whose purpose is to support youth motivation to acquire skills and advance their development so that they can contribute to the economic and social health of their families and communities.
- In addition to making small grants to help organizations get started effectively, they create partnerships with organizations that make loans for economic development engaged by youth, or that otherwise can help organizations become sustainable.
