GOREE INSTITUTE is a Pan African organization of civil society, whose mission is to contribute to the establishment of peaceful societies, fair and self-sufficient in Africa, to strengthen the political dialogue for the peaceful resolution of conflicts, contribute to the consolidation of democratic processes and institutions, and to encourage artistic creativity, social and economic.

The Gorée Institute achieves its mission through research, facilitation and intervention, and works in close collaboration with regional and sub regional African, organizations of African civil society and African citizens.

This mission requires including the development of new paradigms, expanding networks of people and institutions, optimization of existing human resources in the continent.
