Guangdong Harmony Foundation (GHF) founded on September 1, 2009, is a private foundation with the Department of Civil Affairs of Guangdong Province as the authority department. It is founded by some entrepreneurs and scholars from the Pearl River Delta ,as Liu Xiaogagn, Li You, Wang Jinjin, Yang Lichuang.

As a grant making foundation, Guangdong Harmony Foundation focuses on the Pearl River Delta, aiming to support those NGOs which are rooted in communities with professional operation. GHF also facilitates the donors to manage their charitable donations and to establish special fund, and further, to make strategic social investment and philanthropic communication. Meanwhile, GHF devotes to creating cooperative projects, together with governments, public media and other foundations, in order to propel the sustainable development of philanthropic innovation in communities.
