Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Public Administration is a non-business unit under the Central Committee of the Party and Government of Vietnam; is a level I financial unit; is a national center for training and fostering leading, middle, and senior managers, administrative and civil servants in the leadership and management apparatus of public non-business units, members of the board of directors, general directors, deputy general directors, directors and deputy directors of state-owned enterprises, political and administrative scientists of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the State of Vietnam and mass organizations political - social; is the national center for scientific and theoretical research of Marx-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh's thought, research on the Party's line and the State's policies and laws, and research on political sciences.
