Hope indigenous non-governmental organization established in July 10/2014 at Oromia, Shashemene city Administrati, that will work to promote and enhance the wellbeing of the  disadvantaged community group Especially, women, children and youth with disabilities.

HISD is Not-for-profit organization. It has no political affiliation and re-registered with the (ACSO) Authority for civil society organization proclamation No. 1113/2019 and certificate bearing number 3275
