The International Development and Humanitarian sector is the 8th largest economy in the world, employing approximately 18 million people across the public, private and civil society sectors. Pre-service Humanitarian Institute was born out of dissatisfaction with the preparation, instruction and guidance available to help aspiring Humanitarians build successful international careers.   Whether you're starting, restarting or wanting to advance your humanitarian career, the Institute provides highly supported, flexible learning options. As a community of Aid and Development Professionals they are determined to produce the next generation of effective Humanitarian leaders. They develop the essential soft and technical Humanitarian skills necessary to create sustainable change. They motivate you to think critically and be an active participant in the learning process. Their curricula and support services prepare you for success in your chosen Humanitarian career - blending a thorough understanding of academic principles with innovations in hands-on practical learning. In-service The world urgently needs new mindsets, skillsets and toolsets to overcome complex global crises.   They empower leaders and employees of NGOs, corporations, Governments, social enterprises, startups, and others to develop sustainable solutions to humanity’s biggest challenges.   Their custom-designed and ready-made learning and development solutions for Humanitarian and Development organisations support the achievement of an equitable and abundant future.
