We are the Humanitarian Leadership Academy. As a team within Save the Children UK’s humanitarian department, our mission is to enable people around the world to prepare for and respond to crises in their own countries, by providing quality learning opportunities.

We do this by providing needs-based support directly to those who need it. Through our full suite of services, we provide blended learning opportunities and on demand digital learning, which is underpinned by research and our contextual expertise. Through collaboration and partnerships, we share our knowledge and build networks across the humanitarian sector and beyond. 

Kaya, our free digital learning platform provides training to over 700,000 humanitarian volunteers and professionals. Kaya offers over 500 free courses in up to 12 languages (English, French, Arabic, Spanish and more) accessible on laptop, tablet and mobile. 

HPass, our accreditation platform creates and issues digital badges for specific course and assessment completions.
