They are a feminist organization that for 16 years has contributed to create a democratic and fair society through knowledge, innovation and the formation of social leaderships with a gender perspective, rights and interculturality.

The Simone de Beauvoir Institute of Leadership (ILSB) seeks to empower communities to speak with their own voice so that it specializes in building social leaders through capacity building and knowledge. They work with women and men in advocacy, research and training on a wide range of issues related to gender equality and social justice, promoting dialogue, citizen articulation and the link between work at the local, national and international levels .
