Excellence – they seek to demonstrate excellence and best practice in humanitarian response and sustainable development, in all that they do.
Faith - their Christian faith underpins all that they do. It motivates them to care for those in need, and give their best in all circumstances, as an expression of God's love. They serve the poor in health without regard for ethnic or religious background, focusing on where the need is greatest.
