Involve Active is a limited company, by guarantee, (not for profit), that provides engaging client led Leisure Activities and workshops, (such as dance, drama, art, music, environmental, team building/self-confidence,
life skills & preparation for work) that enhance life choices and healthy lifestyles, improve social opportunities, develop life skills, and prepare for independent living, to a range of people including, young people and adults with additional needs, and people who may face barriers in their lives to access services.

Involve Active encourages people to get INVOLVED in activities such as Performing Arts, keep fit, cookery art activities, gardening, local history and leisure activities.

Involve Active aims to promote creativity and self-expression, develop confidence to explore new interests and new learning experiences in a safe supporting environment.
