IPES is a private organization of regional character dedicated to the promotion of the sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean, with the purpose of benefitting less to the favored sectors of the society through actions in the fields from the local economic development, the urban environmental management and the promotion of urban agriculture. SCOPES OF INTERVENTION The work of IPES goes less to the population favored of the urban society of Latin America and the Caribbean. For that reason, it preferredly tries that their interventions in the promotion of the development generate spaces of agreement and interchange between the local actors of the cities, the intermediate ones, of Latin America and the Caribbean.
