It is a membership organisation whose membership is open to individuals and organisations which support the organisation's aims. Vision Statement The Irish Refugee Council's vision is of "a just, fair and inclusive Irish society where people seeking refuge are welcome and valued" Mission Statement The Irish Refugee Council's mission is "To pursue fair, consistent and transparent policies and to promote informed public attitudes in relation to people seeking refuge."
