The IZ is an independent non-profit organization committed to diversity, dialogue and education - since 1987. They are based in Vienna and work on a local, regional, national and international level. They work on international projects, especially in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region, and offer advanced training in the field of diversity and intercultural education as part of the IZ Academy.
