The Japan Overseas Cooperative Association (JOCA) is organized around the returning members of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers who have been active in utilizing the technology and experience that they have for people in developing countries. It is a certified public interest incorporated association.

In order to widely disseminate the spirit and experience cultivated by the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, of course, as a pioneer of regional-based international exchange/international cooperation, by utilizing the network with many organizations such as OB/OG groups. Therefore, they aim to develop more useful cooperation activities that can play a constructive role in the international community.
