VZW Jeugdzorgcentrum is an organisation that provides assistance to children, young people, their families and context, who find themselves in a complex living situation. This assistance can be deployed in various ways depending on the need and the demand of the family and the parties involved in the family.

VZW Jeugdzorgcentrum is recognised by the Ministry of Welfare, Agency for Youth Welfare of the Flemish Government. We are also a partner within Integrated Youth Care Flanders.

HOW DO YOU FIND THEM

As a parent, young person or care provider can appeal to one of the modules that their organization offers. Depending on the modules people can contact them directly or indirectly:

• Directly accessible modules: If contextual guidance, with or without group day care, best matches the help people need, those in need can contact them directly via the registration form.
• Directly accessible modules: If there's need of a module stay, room training or CBAW people can not ask them this question directly. These modules can only be used with the approval of the Continuity and Access Department (ACT). To obtain this approval, those in need must submit a digital application together with a care provider from the broad entry (for example a CLB, CAW, ...) via an A-document. This document and the procedures around it can be found on the website of the Flemish Youth Aid Desk ( http://wvg.vlaanderen.be/jongerenwelzijn/vlaams-loket-jeugdhulp/ ). If a consultant from the Youth Care Support Centre (OCJ) is involved with their family, they can make the application for those in need. A juvenile judge can also decide that a non-directly accessible module is necessary for their family.
