The business evolved from a task-specific unit within the 30-year-old, India-based conglomerate, Kapil Group, a $600M entity with 30 diverse businesses in its portfolio. A team of talented technology specialists was assembled by the Kapil Group leadership and charged with customizing and improving the software systems for a variety of Kapil Group companies. Developing custom software that responded to the unique challenges and requirements of organizations across a variety of industries provided the foundation for the Knowledge Matrix team’s mastery in client-focused customization.
