They  are a civil engineering company, established as early as in 1979 at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. They were a partnership firm till the year 2002. In April 2002, the firm was converted into a Company and incorporated as a ‘private limited’ company under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 through the Part IX provisions of the Act. Today, they specialize in the manufacture and execution of medium and large diameter turnkey pipeline contracts using Pre-Stressed Concrete (PSC) Pipes, Mild Steel (MS) Pipes and Bar Wrapped Steel Cylinder (BWSC) Pipes for Water Supply and Drainage pipeline systems including all allied civil works. They are also taking up turnkey projects with Surveying, Engineering and Executing the works like Lift Irrigation Projects in I&CAD, APSIDC, HMWSSB, PHED, KUWSDB, BWSSB, KUIDFC, MJP, MIDC, TWAD and CMWSS Board.
