About

The Leathergoods and Footwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) is the recognized trade body that represents most of the major export oriented manufacturers & exporters of leather goods & footwear in Bangladesh.

The fundamental objective of LFMEAB is to establish a healthy business environment for a close and mutually beneficial relationship between the local manufacturers & exporters of leather footwear and leather goods and foreign buyers.

It would like to transpose Bangladesh leather sector as a prominent investment options to rest of the world by instilling core beliefs such as a fully complaint workplace to all its members.

LFMEAB has been established in the year 2003, founded by Nasser Rahman; with the aim and object of uniting all the leather goods & footwear manufacturing companies by encouraging co-operation amongst the members and provide them with a platform to have local and international exposure, creating awareness amongst international buyers and making representations to the government and concerned public bodies on behalf of the members for resolving their regulatory problems.
