The Leipzig University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur/HTWK) is a Fachhochschule in Leipzig, Germany. It offers a combination of practice-oriented teaching and application-driven research. The university stands out among the higher education institutions in the region Saxony on account of its exceptionally broad spectrum of engineering and technical disciplines. Along with the fields of Economics, Social Science and Culture, HTWK Leipzig is engaged in a diverse range of teaching and research activities.
