In 2011, they converted their existing internet cafés into their first Lulaway Job Centres. Today, they run over 160 Job Centres in all nine provinces. Lulaway Job Centres act as employment hubs in communities across South Africa and not only provide hope and inspiration to local communities that often struggle with access to opportunities but also a user-friendly platform for candidates to access job opportunities close to where they live. Since then their Job Center network has expanded and now allows a job seeker to apply for jobs, create detailed profiles, complete basic assessments and receive a full color professional looking CV. Employers are then able to easily identify best suited candidates through their high tech Lulaway Portal, receive support from one of their trained recruiters or access a tailor-made business turnkey solution. They also realised that there are many parties that are keenly interested in providing support, in any form, financial, physical and even emotional to the South African youth.  Yet, much of this support is underutilised due to lack of coordination and a fundamental miscommunication and trust between government, social funders, employers and the job seeker.  In keeping with their missionthey they set out to become the trusted partner to all stake-holders.  They do this by keeping to meticulous level of delivery in everything they do, if they say they can do it, they will do it or die trying. They don’t believe in a middle ground, you are either great or you are a failure, and they are determined to be great. Where they are today Touched the lives of 250,000 South African job seekers Sent 55,000 job seekers for job interviews Placed 25,000 people in jobs Established 204 network partner job centers National footprint in 9 provinces Receives over 10,000 job applications every month
