MaGC short for Management and Governance Consulting Private Limited (formerly NCRCL) was formed in 1999. MaGC’s areas of core competency are Business Advisory, Governance and Public Finance, Process Advisory, Information Technology, Training and Research.

MaGC has executed assignments for The World Bank, ADB, UNDP, US-AID, UNEP and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. MaGC has also worked with the Government of India, Government of Botswana, and several State Governments in India namely, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and Sikkim.
