Metrica, Inc. is a broad-based professional services firm established in 1984 to provide to government and corporations an array of program support activities. Metrica is comprised of three groups: the International group, the ADP Facilities Management group, and the Information Technology and Analysis Group. Both the International and IT Facilities Management groups have offices in Arlington, Virginia. The Information Technology and Analysis group is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, which is also home to Metrica’s administrative office. Metrica also has offices in two other locations in the United States: the TRACLabs division, located in Houston, Texas, and a branch office located in Princeton, New Jersey. In addition, Metrica has an international office in Budapest, Hungary.
Business Units
Metrica has multiple lines of business that include Operational Management and Support (OM&S), Information Technology (IT), Professional Consulting, and Commercial Systems. Metrica’s OM&S services encompass employee relocations, international logistics, facilities management, and training development. The Company’s IT services include expertise and support in information systems management and engineering, and software design and development. Metrica’s Professional Consulting services provide experience and expertise in the areas of econometric analysis, human performance technology, and statistical analysis. Finally, Metrica’s Commercial Systems presently offers hardware and software (that includes survey software and inventory management systems) to clients in the commercial sector.
Approach
Metrica’s employee relocation services began in 1991, with the provision of services in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Delivery of relocation services in these non-traditional locations was challenging, but the lessons learned allowed Metrica to develop a sound management approach that allows us to provide a consistent quality of service. The active employee relocation services are located in over 70 countries. Over the past 18 years Metrica has successfully delivered relocation services valued at well over 100 million USD.
