In addition to Nemanja 22-26, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia also uses business premises in Zahumska Street 14 in Belgrade, Njegoseva Street 12 in Belgrade, as well as premises in several locations in the Republic of Serbia for the needs of school administrations.

The working hours of the Ministry, that is, all organizational units of the Ministry are from 07.30 to 15.30. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

Receipt of mail is done through the office of the Directorate for Joint Affairs of the Republic authorities in Belgrade, Nemanjina 22-26, 11000 Belgrade.

The reception of parties is done with prior announcement and agreement, in written or oral manner. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development acts in accordance with the Law on General Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 18/2016) when in administrative matters, directly applying the regulations, it decides on the rights, obligations or legal interests of a natural person, other customers.

Access to disabled wheelchairs is provided to the premises of the Ministry in Nemanjina street 22 - 26, Belgrade. Access to disabled persons in wheelchairs in other premises used by the Ministry is not possible without an escort, due to the existence of technical barriers at the entrance to the building.
