Data of importance for the publicity of the work of MPNTR
In addition to Nemanjina 22-26, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia also uses business premises at 14 Zahumska Street in Belgrade, 12 Njegoseva Street in Belgrade, as well as premises at several locations in the Republic of Serbia, for the needs of school administrations.

Information on addresses and contact telephone numbers of sectors, departments, divisions, groups and school administrations is provided in the description of the organizational structure of the Ministry.

The working hours of the Ministry, ie all organizational units of the Ministry are from 07.30 to 15.30. Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.

Receipt of mail is done through the office of the Administration for Joint Affairs of the Republic Bodies in Belgrade, Nemanjina 22-26, 11000 Belgrade.

Reception of the parties is done with prior notice and agreement, in writing or orally. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development acts in accordance with the Law on General Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 18/2016) when in administrative matters directly applying regulations, decides on the rights, obligations or legal interests of a natural person, legal entity or other parties.

Access for persons with special needs in wheelchairs is provided by the Ministry's premises at 22 - 26 Nemanjina Street, Belgrade. Access for persons with special needs in wheelchairs to other premises used by the Ministry is not possible without an escort, due to the existence of technical barriers at the entrance to the building.

Legal Framework
The functions of the heads of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development as state administration bodies are determined by Articles 23-27 of the Law on State Administration ("Official Gazette of RS" No. 79/05, 101/07, 95/10 and 99/14).
