The Ministry of Infrastructure was established under the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of January 23, 2018 on the establishment of the Ministry of Infrastructure.

The mission of the Ministry of Infrastructure is to create and implement state policy in the field of the Polish transport system, maritime and water management, and to provide Polish citizens with access to modern infrastructure and high-quality services of a sustainable transport system, rebuilding the shipbuilding industry and increasing the safety of the transport system.
Vision
The Ministry of Infrastructure is a professional, modern institution guided by the common good, supporting the minister responsible for transport, maritime economy, water management and inland navigation in making rational decisions.
