They were part of valuation of major infrastructure operations and maintenance company in the US with operations in Europe when they got acquired by a PE firm. They assisted the company in creating a new fixed asset system and depreciation schedule.
They were part of valuation of more than 60 operating and non-operating well sites in southwest US. They prepared an inventory of all the surface as well as down-hole equipment for the company to start a new fixed asset ledger. This valuation was also used for their tax purposes.

They worked with experts in the industry to understand the recent sales in this industry and assign values accordingly.

They prepared OLV and FLV values for the bank to understand their collateral base. They also had to estimate expenses that would be incurred during a hypothetical liquidation sale.
