MSI United States offers individuals and organizations in the United States the opportunity to help vulnerable women and girls in 37 countries worldwide decide if and when to have children through access to contraception and safe abortion.

They also work with advocacy groups, researchers, the media and policymakers to share evidence and stories of women’s hopes and dreams realized.
