The MTV Staying Alive Foundation works to protect young people around the world against HIV and to improve their sexual and reproductive health. On the ground, the Foundation gives resources and training to young leaders so that they can go into their communities and prevent HIV among their peers. With our ongoing training and support we ensure that our youth-led projects are sustainable and impactful. On air, The MTV Staying Alive Foundation ensures that young people around the world know about the dangers of HIV and how they can protect themselves. MTV Staying Alive is the world’s largest global HIV-prevention media campaign aimed at young people. Our programming consistently reaches hundreds of millions of households across the globe, in 100% of the top 50 countries most affected by HIV. Our mission won’t stop until this epidemic is over.
