National Authority for Professional Education (ANEP) (Mozambique)
About
The National Professional Education Authority, for short referred to as ANEP , is the body Regulator and Education Quality Assurance Professional in Mozambique.
The ANEP was created by Law no. 23/2014 of 23 September which was subsequently amended and republished by Law no. 6/2016 of June 16, within the framework of the Professional Education Reform ongoing in the country.
With this Reform, the Government promotes relevant and quality Vocational Education to provide young people and adults with professional skills, necessary to ensure the implementation of Mozambique's development and progress policies and plans.
In effect, the Government intends to achieve two main strategic objectives:
Train citizens professionally competent and entrepreneurs.
Make Mozambican businesses and the economy more competitive in the context of regional integration and the challenges imposed by globalization.
