About

The National Development Corporation (CND) is a non-state public legal entity, created by Law No. 15,785 of December 4, 1985.

The ownership of its capital at present is 100% state, but there is the legal possibility of private shareholding up to 40%.

In all its relations with third parties it is governed by Private Law.

To be a national and international reference as a facilitator for the execution of public policies oriented to development.

Provide services to Ministries, Intendencies, Entities and Public Companies to achieve the country's development goals through excellence in management with a focus on citizens and social responsibility.

Lines of action

Support infrastructure development

CND's mission is to be an integral facilitator in the development of infrastructure of public interest and its associated services.

The services provided by the Projects and Services area are the planning, management and management of works and infrastructure projects, developing structuring, design, engineering and construction activities.

Facilitate the execution of funds

CND develops the operational, accounting and financial management of third-party funds, on behalf of clients, to facilitate the fulfillment and concretion of specific projects through the Fund Management area.

Carry out the financial structuring of projects

Through the CONAFIN AFISA financial trustee, CND provides support in advising, structuring and administering trusts and funds that operate as an instrument for the financing of works of public interest.
