Noble Environmental Technologies (NOBLE) was founded in 2005 with a commitment to achieving the Vision with an organization dedicated to the harmonious blending of Environmental Stewardship, Social Responsibility, and Financial Performance in all of its operations and actions.

ECOR, developed by NOBLE in conjunction with the US Department of Agriculture, is the result. It is the composite material technology envisioned in the Vision. It is the enabler of the reconfiguration.

NOBLE is headquartered in San Diego, California. After almost a decade of product, process, equipment, and organizational development, NOBLE opened its first large-scale ECOR production facility in Serbia in 2014 with an annual production capacity of over 4,300,000 million square feet. NOBLE has ready-to-implement plans to expand annual production output to over 32,000,000 square feet. The planned expanded production capacity capitalizes on what NOBLE has learned in operating the Serbia facility and as a result incorporates several cost saving and productivity enhancing features that result in shorter production cycle times, higher and more consistent quality, and substantially lower direct costs. NOBLE is currently in discussions to open additional production facilities and R&D facilities in Europe, the United States and Mexico.

Over the past few years, NOBLE established subsidiaries and affiliates in Serbia (Noble Environmental Serbia, NES), The Netherlands (Noble Environmental Benelux, NEBL), Turkey (Noble Environmental Turkey, NETR).These subsidiaries and affiliates are staffed with local executives and team members focused on developing their respective markets.
