Located in the State of Goiás, in the city of Alto Paraíso, on the banks of the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, the Instituto Oca Brasil is an open, non-profit organization of an associative nature, aimed at Environmental Conservation and Human Ecology, prioritizing actions in the areas Health, Education and Environment. Its activities consolidated as an institution in 1997, are widely known to the local community and through the project Law nº 594/99, approved by the Chamber, it was declared of Municipal Public Utility. In April 2006, it was qualified, by the Ministry of Justice, as a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest - OSCIP. 

The main headquarters of the Instituto Oca Brasil in Alto Paraíso is located in the urban area of ​​the city, on a 10-hectare site, where today several buildings and others that are in the process of being completed are ready.
