Today, over 80,000 children across the Las Vegas Valley attend underperforming schools and the vast majority of these schools are in low-income neighborhoods. At Opportunity 180, they believe zip code and income should not determine educational opportunity.

Opportunity 180 launched in 2015 to transform the lives and futures of low-income Las Vegas children by providing them with equitable access to the best possible public education.

Their name, Opportunity 180, represents their vision – to launch and invest in new schools to bring transformational, 180 degree change and opportunity to the lives of 25,000 Clark County students in their urban communities.
