Their Added Value

Rigorous and competitive implementation processes

Their mission will be to imagine the best match between your needs and market players (present on your sector, outsider, fund), to approach and advise you throughout the negotiation. As an indication they will intervene following the following process:

  1. Collect and order under YOUR authority the presentation documents of your Company necessary for the conduct of the operation and its development, and put them in perspective;
  2. Identify a panel of buyers / sellers / strategic or tactical investors from different markets and in line with YOUR objectives, analyze their strengths and constraints vis-à-vis this "Rapprochement", select them and submit them to you for approval;
  3. Approach "the Targets", and after signing a confidentiality agreement, introduce them to YOUR Company;
  4. ASSIST you in determining and monitoring the trading and valuation strategy of YOUR Company;
  5. YOU assist in the relations with the "Targets", possibly represent YOU, and advise you in the key points of the negotiations.
  6. Coordinate the whole "Reconciliation" process - interface with the various selected investors and the third party interlocutors (lawyers and auditors)

To mark their involvement with you, their remuneration fixed at the beginning of their mission will be essentially dependent on the success of the operation.
