Pegasus Engineering Co., Ltd. was established to provide a PM (Project Manager) for large-scale infrastructure projects. The PM's role is to take overall responsibility for project planning and execution and to minimize the risks created by uncertainty. 

The company was founded in April 2000. During this period, it has been developing steadily, and the number of staff at the time of its establishment increased to more than 20, and all of them are engaged in infrastructure development and construction projects in developing countries. The company's main policy is to demonstrate its skills as a construction consultant, to complete the target infrastructure better, faster and cheaper, and to train successors in the country in which it is engaged and to transfer technology. To do so, they believe that each engineer must strive to study technology day and night, acquire the skills required by the times, and be a capable consulting engine that goes one step further. Therefore, the mission of Pegasus Engineering Co. is to develop engineers who have a broad perspective and are able to carry out projects with high technical capabilities and comprehensive judgment. Their places of activity are spreading to other countries in Asia and Africa in accordance with the policy of "quality infrastructure export" that the Japanese government aims for.
