The Center for Environmental Studies (PSLH), University of Riau is one of the structural research centers located at the Institute for Research and Community Service, University of Riau. The Center for Environmental Studies (PSLH) at the University of Riau was originally named the Population and Environmental Study Group (KSKLH) which was founded in 1990. With the structuralization process, the Riau University Chancellor's Decree No. 434 / PT.22.H. / Q / 1994 dated 20 September 1994 this institution was officially named: Center for Environmental Studies, University of Riau (PSLH). Referring to the change in the Organizational Structure and Work Procedure of the University of Riau as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 114 of 2014 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the University of Riau on October 8, 2014 then PSLH becomes the ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY CENTER (PSLH) at the Institute for Research and Community Service, University of Riau (LPPM UNRI). In accordance with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the activities of PSLH LPPM UNRI include: Education and training, research and community service
