PYI GYI KHIN (PGK) is a local, woman’s non-governmental organization (NGO) which was founded in 1997 to strive for rights of every citizen especially women and children and provide necessary services through capacity building of the people and necessary advocacy work. The organization has over 19 years experiences in women and child protection issues, community based HIV Prevention and Care & Treatment, development of community based organizations and self-help groups, advocacy in Human Rights law reform and strengthening local organization network.
PGK has been implementing projects and programs on the community based HIV intervention program, HIV and Human Right in legal reform project, community based MDR-TB project, TB care in Hard to Reach Areas Project, Right to information project (RTI), enabling legal environment for CSOs program and supporting ART and decentralization program and Health System Strengthening program in all regions and states in Myanmar.
