QL-TEKNIK LIMITED a member of Multibase group limited, formerly Quarts Solar Energy Systems Limited is an indigenous Nigeria company incorporated in 2000 to do business in diverse area of the Nigerian economy and beyond. The company change its name and re-branded in May 2016 with a view to diversify in other areas of businesses especially engineering. The changes was however faced with resistance especially from few of the directors. After the Annual General Meeting in late 2016, a quarum was secured, the board resolved to maintain the name (QL-TEKNIK LIMITED). In October 2017, The company acquire an engineering firm known as Fairway Engineering Service Limited. The acquisition placed the company in positive cooperative advantage not only strong indigenous company but multinationals companies operating in Nigeria.

With the acquisition of Fairway Engineering Service limited, QL-TEKNIK now contribute positively in the area of infrastructural development, Renewable Energy, Technology and Agricultural development among others. The company also engage in areas such as procurement and installation of a wide range of equipment including agricultural chemicals, equipment and machineries; drilling of water Bore holes, Irrigation and dam services; construction and installation of water plants and allied services. Since then, they have been delivering the best services with direct positive impact on the lives of Nigerians.
The Company’s head office strategically located in Abuja with address: Plot 20 Umar Tela Street, Cad-astral Zone 815, Sector Centre A, Jahi District, Abuja.

For the purpose of efficient service delivery, they have also established and developed branches in Kano, Maiduguri, Damaturu, Gombe, Potiskum, Birnin Kebbi, Uyo and Yola.
