Rashtravikas Agro Education Sanstha, Amalner is founded by Bhupendra R. Mahale and team in Amalner Taluka of Jalgaon district in Maharashtra state. In the initial stage of RAES, they inspired by the hon. Anna Hajare (social worker, Ralegansidhhi) for the project namely Integrated Watershed Development and Conservation Programme, Javkhede, Tal. Amalner dist.
Jalgaon. While working for this project, they realized the need for the watershed development and established the organization. Since then, the organization is working for Women empowerment, Livelihood promotion, Sustainable Agriculture, Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Trainings, Water Sector Improvement, Watershed development and management, Micro Finance, Drinking water and sanitation, Prepare environmentally Sustainable village development plan, Health improvement, Handicrafts and handlooms, Planning and Research Study, energy efficiency services etc.

RAES envisages bringing out economic self sufficiency amongst poor Segments through development of human and natural resources With focus on components of capacity building, increased Organizational ability and adherence to the social and ethical values that ensure just and eco friendly appropriate interventions.
